Whistleblowing: informant system

With your tip, you can help us to quickly uncover and stop misconduct and thus preserve our goals and values. Only if violations are identified quickly can appropriate countermeasures be initiated to avert any damage to customers, employees, suppliers, business partners and the company. The whistleblower system can be used by employees, but also by third parties such as suppliers or customers, to report misconduct or irregularities. It is helpful if you consider the following five questions when reporting: Who? What? When? How? Where?

As a whistleblower, please make sure that your description can also be understood by people outside your field of expertise. You can submit your report at any time and remain anonymous or reveal your identity.

To do so, send your report in writing to whistleblower@avs-roemer.de or by letter (with the note Whistleblower) to AVS Römer GmbH & Co. KG, Reismühle 3, 94481 Grafenau. Detailed information on the organization of the whistleblower system at AVS Römer can be found in our Whistleblowing Policy.

We ask for your understanding that this whistleblowing system cannot accept, process or, in particular, forward any customer complaints, e.g. regarding product or service quality. In this case, please contact the customer service department responsible for you.
