Push-in technology revolutionises Cimbali’s M40

With the new M40 espresso machine, Cimbali is setting new benchmarks in design, ergonomics and efficiency – and is also breaking new ground in connection technology. In close cooperation with AVS Römer, the internal architecture of the machine was completely reimagined:
Instead of traditional copper piping, push-in fittings made from PPSU, PK and stainless steel are now used.

The result: faster assembly, greater flexibility and a significantly more efficient production process – with no compromises in quality or performance. AVS Römer supplied a coordinated complete system consisting of fittings, sensors, valves and tubing.
