Langenberg
After successful first 20 years, Joachim C. Römer decides to build a second plant in the Ore Mountains, a region with well-developed industry already at that time.
Römer finds a 17,300 m² property in Lagenberg in the Erzgebirge district. He buys it in September 1991 on the condition not to demolish the old factory building.
Römer renovates the old industrial building and erects a new factory building. In the fall of 1992, the new location for production, central warehouse and shipping is put into operation.
In addition to the complete production of solenoid coils, the company in Langenberg starts with the production of solenoid valves.
With the completion of the second factory building in May 1996, the delivery warehouse moves from Straßlach to Langenberg.
The 3rd workshop is completed in December.
On April 1, Mrs. Fankhänel and Mr. Fischer take over the management of the plant.
The 25th anniversary of the company's Langenberg site is celebrated on June 24.
Markus Naue takes over as plant manager at the beginning of the year. The company site in Langenberg celebrates its 30th anniversary.
